Staff was wonderful! We asked if we could see how different puppies interacted with each other (small breed and big breed) The puppies were adorable, and are so well cared for. I’m so happy that I was able to get Chester ❤️ I plan to train him to be my service dog when he’s old enough. Thank you for caring for them, and for ethical breeding practices. There’s too many puppies ending up in shelters these days because of people just tossing two dogs together and calling it a day without health testing for anything. So thank you for being so strict in that area.

We went to Waggles after searching very thoroughly for a dog that would fit our family, and they hit every mark. They communicated very clearly, were extremely polite, and very informative about the process we were going to go through to bring our new baby home! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

I recently visited Waggles in Greensboro and had a fantastic time! The service was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Wings, and they were absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked with just the right amount of flavor. My friend had the Waffle Fries, which were crispy and seasoned to perfection. The atmosphere was lively and casual, ideal for a fun night out. I highly recommend Waggles for a great meal and a relaxed environment. I'll definitely be back!

We got our first dog from the now thankfully shut down puppy universe, and let me say. It is completely different here! Steve not only was attentive, but he was kind and empathetic, he was hands on the whole time, I caught glimpses of him holding, petting, and cuddling the puppies, he took initiative changing and cleaning the kennels, letting each dog out to give them time to run and played with them, as well as the other workers there!. You can tell not only does he love his job, but he loves the animals! People can have their opinions, feel how you feel- but when I walked into this waggles I knew these animals were in good hands. Puppy universe kept their dogs in filthy conditions, I didn’t get any medical paper work, I walked out of there only knowing my dogs birthday, breed, and how much he was. Here, not only did I get extensive paper work showing all the vet checks my puppy had gotten, but a family tree, background information on where she came from. I’m confident and loved the choice I made to receive my dog from here. Thank you to Steve and the staff for such a wonderful experience! (Here is a picture featuring Zora AKA tater tots first walk)
My wife and I looked for a reputable puppy store as we own a small dog that was a puppy mill puppy. We met the staff and asked very direct questions which were answered with thoughtful and responsible answers - and substantiated with evidence. This was no easy decision for us as we understand this is a commitment. Remy (formerly known as Costello) is a well balanced, well behaved (for a puppy) dog - NO SIGNS WHATSOEVER of being a puppy mill puppy. He is confident, outgoing and loves trying to play his older sister - a great addition to our family. The staff at Waggles are very patient and will answer all of your questions and help quash any concerns you may have. PLEASE READ: If you do decide to make a lifetime commitment, take time to read the literature provided in the puppy package. We should have done this before calling and asking questions that already had answers.

Absolutely love this place. the staff are extremely knowledgeable about the puppies and take extremely good care of them. they’re thoughtful to the customers needs and are so so sweet!! definitely will be buying my future puppy from here.
